Packages Starting from $750

Initial Consultation with interior design to determine space use and functionality of basement.
Discuss design ideas, and create a “wants” list to incorporate into a space planning layout.
Completed Check list of Building Permits Requirements.
Copies of Building Permit Application and Associated forms.
Create an exterior foundation footprint though measurements, or through the use of builder blueprints if applicable.
Incorporate wants / needs list to design. Submit final floor plan to client for approval.
Create a final plan layout with all required basement dimensions & labeling.
If needed, create building plans of proposed renovation construction. Including but not limited to, plan views, structural cross-sections details, etc.
Print two 11x17 copies of properly scaled blueprint drawings.
Ensure that drawings not only meet all minimum building Code requirements, but also insure that the information complies with The City of Calgary Land Use Bylaw 1P2007.
Wait in line at the City of Calgary Building & Development Office.
Present application to City of Calgary Engineer and answer any questions they may have regarding construction process, design, etc.
Make revisions as required to drawings, resubmit / reapply if needed.
Obtain and deliver permit to client.
